With a proven track record in the industry, Hagan has led the development and production of groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of visual storytelling and audience engagement. His expertise encompasses a diverse range of advanced media, including large-scale video projections and 360° immersive displays.
Designed by world renowned Ouch! Collective, Hagan worked on producing, staging and editing this show in New York at the multi-million dollar Brooklyn venue.
Faced with the challenge of engineering the placement of 86 projectors in a multi-surface 20,000-square-foot venue, Hagan delivered the schematics for equipment layout and the content integration template for Limitless AI.
Hagan Carlile was one of the innovators behind ARHT Media’s holographic projection technologies, which made it possible to transmit live holographic video to multiple locations worldwide. This technology allowed presenters to appear simultaneously in various places, eliminating the need for travel and significantly broadening their audience reach.
Live events featured renowned personalities such as Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuk, and Jeffrey Gundlach. Stand-alone experiences for notable figures and events, included Warren Buffet, Notorious B.I.G, Roberta Bondar, Ron Clark, Stephen Hawking, the Da Vinci Exhibition, Ronnie DIO, and Christian Dior.
Hagan Carlile designed and engineered the patent-pending ParaMotion Holographic technology and ShowBox products for Rose and Thistle Media Inc. He oversaw the development process from the initial prototype to the full-scale, life-size installation at Film Port Studios in Toronto, Canada. Hagan’s innovative techniques addressed various limitations found in existing holographic systems on the market.
As Creative Director, Hagan was responsible for creating holographic and projection mapping content for both in-house projects and client engagements.
For the 175th anniversary of luxury fashion retailer Holt Renfrew Limited, Hagan Carlile created an extensive (165 ft x 40 ft façade; 6,500 sq ft) 9-minute Giant Screen video projection that seamlessly conformed to the 700+ tile façade of Holt’s internationally recognized flagship store in Toronto. This event was enhanced by a custom holographic window display featuring reverse parallax technology.
At the Digital Signage Expo 2013 (DSE) in Las Vegas, this project received a Gold Award for Content and a Bronze Award for Technical Innovation. The annual DSE Content Awards celebrate pioneering and captivating content created for digital signage and digital out-of-home networks, recognizing both ad-supported and non-ad-supported digital place-based networks.
At the 3D Camera Company, Hagan Carlile played multiple roles, including producer, production manager, cinematographer, workflow designer, and post-production specialist. He was also involved in industry presentations and project development.
3DCC developed proprietary stereoscopic equipment utilized globally in international feature films. The company established a worldwide reputation with various IMAX 3D productions, including the blockbuster SAW 3D from Lionsgate and Transformers 3D. 3DCC also worked on a variety of stereoscopic projects for major international broadcasters such as Discovery, Bell, and Sky.
